Orbion Studios is looking for an experienced Business Developer who can help us win new projects, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across our web and app development and creative services departments.

If you have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and generating leads through effective cold email campaigns, we’d love to connect with you!

🔹 What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in business development, bidding, or lead generation for a software or creative agency.
* Proven experience winning projects on Upwork, with results to demonstrate.
* Understanding of web applications, SaaS platforms, MVPs, and mobile app development.
* Hands-on experience managing cold email campaigns, including lead targeting, copywriting, follow-ups, and deliverability.
* Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Hunter, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
* Knowledge of video editing services is an added advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and weekly performance reporting.
