We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Sales) who can manage the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to client onboarding — using a mix of manual and automated strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled with modern sales tools, and excels in both personalized outreach and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other databases.
- Build and maintain segmented prospect lists for multiple service lines (Data Engineering, Analytics, BI).
- Set up automations for lead enrichment, sequencing, and follow-ups.
- Outreach & Campaign Management
- Design and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Personalize outreach at scale while leveraging automation.
- Monitor open, click, and reply rates, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Client Communication & Sales Cycle Management
- Respond to inbound leads and manage bids on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Manage CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups through to deal closure.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as meetings booked, opportunities created, conversion rates, and revenue closed.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies using performance data.
- Share market insights with leadership to enhance positioning and offerings.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably IT/Data/Analytics services).
- Strong proficiency with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot/Pipedrive, etc.).
- Experience setting up automated outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, enrichment).
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Ability to lead client calls, handle objections, and close deals.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and process-oriented.
