We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join our recruitment agency team on a remote basis.

💼 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Generate new clients for recruitment and staffing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers
• Understand client hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth hiring delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Experience as a Business Developer (recruitment agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Candidates must be based in Karachi only
