At Logiciel, we are building a Strategic Initiatives Team that works directly with leadership on real business decisions, not theory or isolated analysis.

We are looking for a Business Associate – Growth Strategy & Execution to support how the organization thinks about growth, and how strategic initiatives are translated into execution across teams.

What You’ll Work On

This role sits close to leadership and focuses on:

• Understanding where growth should come from markets, customers, and positioning
• Supporting commercial decision-making through structured market and competitive insight
• Translating strategic direction into structured execution across teams
• Tracking cross-functional initiatives, identifying risks, and enabling alignment
• Supporting leadership with clear, decision-oriented insights

You will work on live business questions and execution challenges, not case studies.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This is:

• A strategy-facing, leadership-support role
• Focused on decision-making, clarity, and execution discipline

This is NOT:

• A sales role
• A marketing execution role
• A project management / PMO role
• An operational delivery role

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in business, strategy, consulting, or related roles
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• Ability to work with ambiguity and translate it into clarity
• Interest in growth strategy, business models, and execution discipline
• Strong communication and ability to engage with stakeholders
