Business Analyst Intern

The selected candidates will work closely with technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and assist in translating business needs into technical solutions. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
. Coordinate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
. Read and understand basic code to better communicate with technical teams
. Support testing and validation of system features against business requirements
. Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
.Participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
. Ability to read and understand code (Python or any programming language is a plus)
. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
