Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
- Perform routine system maintenance, data management, data imports/exports, and quality checks
- Provide Salesforce user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Salesforce Development
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex (basic), Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura (basic)
- Assist with integrations, automation, and enhancements following best practices
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support activities
Business Analysis & Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Agile Delivery
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
- Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects, data model, security, and automation
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative customization
- Basic exposure to Apex and Lightning components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment
