Qualification Required:

- At least Bachelor's degree. Master's degree holder is preferred include Statistics/Mathematics, Data Sciences, Business Administration

Experience Required:

-  3-5 years of experience in any reputable Company preferably financial institution

- Experience in business analysis & reporting function in sales/operations would be a plus

- Hands on experience of Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analysis tools

Skills Required:

- Experience in business Analysis & reporting fur nin sales/operations

- Strong presentation skills through reports/presentation/metrics etc

- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

- Advance skills in MS Excel/Word/Power-point/Prezi and Bl tools Oral and written communication

- Must be a tech-survey with flexibility to adopt new technologies and trends

Job Role:

- Responsible for creating n with finance and ITmodels that support business decisions by working closely

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions forbusiness

- Crate informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlight relevant business opportunities for improvements

- Aid though data modeling/estimation/scenario building in business planning and cost analysis including development plans

- Assist senior management through data-backed insights in periodical business review

- Suggest changes/patterns to senio management using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operations and related research to support strategic and business planning
