🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (SCM & WMS)

Eplanet Global is looking for a Business Analyst (SCM & WMS) to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Supply Chain Management expertise and hands-on experience with ERP systems, supporting global projects and aligning business needs with technical solutions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Collaborate with Finance and SCM stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
🔹 Support end-to-end ERP implementations for international clients
🔹 Translate finance and supply chain processes into system workflows and recommend improvements
🔹 Perform gap analysis, propose solutions, and assist with system configuration
🔹 Execute integration, regression, and load testing activities
🔹 Develop comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FDDs, process flows, test cases, user manuals)
🔹 Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system and data issues
🔹 Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders

✔️ Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in ERP-based Supply Chain & Finance systems
✅ Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management & Order Management modules
✅ Experience with Tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
✅ Basic understanding of SQL / PLSQL and programming concepts
✅ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
✅ Strong ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting & Finance
✅️Familiarity with Software QA and system integrations is a plus

💰 Salary: PKR 200,000 per month (experience-based)
📍 Location: Karachi (Bahadurabad)
🌙 Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
