Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support the growth of our microfinance products and consulting services. You will translate SAMA regulations into actionable technical requirements and work closely with product, data, and external finance partners to strengthen risk and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create BRDs, FRS, and User Stories
• Design end-to-end loan lifecycles (KYC, credit scoring, disbursement, collections)
• Lead stakeholder and C-suite workshops
• Ensure SAMA compliance by design across portals and mobile apps
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses
• Define requirements for risk engines and dashboards (NPLs, recovery, portfolio health)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in Fintech, Microfinance, or Retail Banking
• Strong knowledge of SAMA / GCC regulations
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools, SQL
• Hands-on experience with LOS, LMS, AML, KYC, UAT
• Bachelor’s degree; excellent English communication
