We’re looking for a Business Analyst OR Subject Matter Expert (SME) to strengthen our team, support ongoing projects, and improve operational efficiency.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi
🕒 Timings: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM (Morning Shift)
🗓️ Days: Monday – Friday
🏢 Job Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite

🔍 Role: Business Analyst / SME

Requirements:
1–3+ years of relevant experience (Healthcare / EHR / Medical BPO preferred)
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields
Strong understanding of systems, applications, workflows, or BPO processes
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, flowcharts, and user stories
Experience with Jira, Trello, Miro, Figma, or similar tools
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Requirement gathering & analysis
Product demonstrations & client coordination
Cross-functional collaboration
