Appedology is hiring a Business Analyst OR Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our ongoing projects and enhance operational efficiency.

Role: Business Analyst OR Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi - Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Job Nature: 100% Onsite
Timings: 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM (morning shift)
Days: Mon - Fri (only)

Job Requirements:
1 – 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst (Healthcare / EHR / Medical BPO domain preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Technical / Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of system / Application, workflow, or BPO-related systems (preferred).
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, flowcharts, and user stories.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Miro, Figma, or similar.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in simple language
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
