𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
👉Collaborate with Finance and SCM process owners to analyze, document, and translate requirements into scalable ERP/software solutions.
👉Support end-to-end ERP deployments for international clients, ensuring business goals are met.
👉Map financial and supply chain workflows to software capabilities and recommend process improvements.
👉Perform gap analysis, propose solutions, and assist in system configuration.
👉Conduct integration, regression, and load testing throughout product development phases.
👉Prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, process flows (Visio), test scripts, and user manuals.
👉Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot system or data-related issues.
👉Conduct workshops and training sessions for global stakeholders.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
👉Salary budget 180k- 200k
👉Flexible to work on the night shift
👉3+ years of IT industry experience, especially in Supply Chain and Finance systems (ERP environment).
👉Strong understanding of Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Order Management modules.
👉Hands-on experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
👉Basic technical knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and programming concepts.
👉Excellent skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
👉Ability to map business requirements to software solutions effectively.
👉Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting & Finance.
👉Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (QA) and system integrations is a strong plus.
