Description:
We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused associate to drive sales, manage retail and hospital relationships, and support basic accounting tasks. You will handle daily customer queries, coordinate orders and deliveries, and maintain accurate records—while growing new business. Commission is offered on new vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer inquiries; provide a daily order report to the CEO; deliver exceptional customer service via phone/Zoom (strong English writing/reading required).
- Create and tackle with another associate: invoices, pack orders, and coordinate delivery through couriers; promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct sales outreach: pitch to new retail vendors and hospitals; maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients (hospitals, clinics, retailers), including follow-ups and on-site visits.
- Perform basic accounting entries for sales/expenses; assist the Accounting Manager.
- Oversee inventory counts; reconcile and report discrepancies with book balances.
- Deliver some orders within Karachi when needed (fuel reimbursement and vehicle maintenance provided).
- Prepare reports and presentations (must know Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Be able to use Shopify to update website on a regular basis
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience OR basic college education
- Fast learner with strong initiative; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) and Shopify (product/stock updates, orders).
- Solid command of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and grow with the company.
