Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and epics with a focus on data accessibility, quality, and sourcing

• Translate business goals into functional and non-functional specifications for business applications and data platforms

• Prepare detailed documentation such as data flow diagrams, process models, user journeys, and use-case scenarios

• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to align execution with business strategy

• Support and monitor data transformation projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met

• Identify and proactively manage project risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies

• Assist in drafting proposals, business cases, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or data-focused projects

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and interpreting data

• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• Competency in creating wireframes and diagrams using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or MS Visio

• Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
