Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team onsite in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into clear, structured documentation. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by developing and maintaining essential documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and process flow charts.

You will actively participate in Agile project environments, working closely with Scrum teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring that all requirements align with the company’s strategic goals.

Additionally, proficiency in tools like JIRA for managing tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication within the team will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements accurately through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.

• Develop and maintain BRD and SRS documents that clearly communicate business needs and technical requirements.

• Create detailed process flow charts to visually represent workflows and system processes.

• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

• Use JIRA for issue tracking, requirement updates, and progress monitoring.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks in project delivery and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
