Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and networking.

✅ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract potential leads.

✅ Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing to generate sales opportunities.

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional content.

✅ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

✅ Manage and optimize CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

✅ Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in business development and digital marketing.

✔️ Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and client acquisition.

✔️ Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.

✔️ Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and Upwork bidding.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics, and automation tools.

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
