We are looking for a creative, technically capable, and execution-driven Branding & Marketing professional who can support our branding and outreach efforts across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Branding & Marketing Manager to produce high-quality content, run campaigns, and build a strong, credible online presence for Better Devices.
This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone creative, curious, and fast-moving. Someone who loves experimenting, iterating, learning quickly, and turning ideas into real impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive social media – LinkedIn: Plan posts, create cool visuals, write catchy copy, and track what performs.
- Be our in-house copy ninja: Write clean, clear, compelling technical copy for social Media, website, ads, and more.
- Design eye-catching content using Canva/Figma: Social posts, banners, decks, case studies, you name it.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, Strategize and execute Paid Social campaigns.
- Maintain our Content Calendar: Organize weekly marketing tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Manager: Brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, and help build a strong brand presence.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or content creation.
- Proven LinkedIn Experience: You understand the platform, what makes a good hook, how the algorithm works, and how to build engagement (not just post and ghost).
- Design Proficiency: You are comfortable working in Canva or Figma. You have an eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Strong Writer: You can write a copy that is clear, concise, and error-free.
- Execution Mindset: You are organized, meet deadlines, and care about the quality of your work.
- Video Editing: Comfortable using CapCut and similar tools to create clean, engaging video content.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n.
- Exposure to B2B or technology/engineering sectors.
- Experience with Zoho or similar email and crm tools.
- Experience with SEO, LinkedIn ads and Google ads.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Basic WordPress experience.
