- Shape the brand's image and reputation to ensure it is perceived positively by customers, retailers, and the wider industry.
- Keep an eye on social media to see what people are saying about your brand. Respond to comments and engage with your followers to build a relationship with your audience.
- Collaborate with influencers to promote your brand and gather feedback. Influencers have a large following and can provide valuable insights into what your target audience wants.
- Visit stores where your brand is sold and talk to customers about their experience. Ask them for feedback on your brand and take notes on any issues they bring up.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns. Look at which products are selling well and which are not, and use this information to inform future collections.
