Position: Brand & Marketing Manager | Healthcare & Hospitality Marketing Experience Preferred
 
Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional looking to grow your career with an international-focused organization? We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, develop impactful campaigns, and support branch-level growth through innovative marketing strategies targeting the US market.
 
📍 Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi (Onsite)
🕒 Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM–3:00 AM / 8:00 PM–4:00 AM)
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support business growth.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-quality marketing materials, including:
Brochures, Flyers, Pamphlets, Company Profiles, Banners, Social Media Creatives & Promotional & Branding Materials
Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities.
Support branch-level marketing initiatives and recommend strategies to increase awareness and customer engagement.
Manage social media and content marketing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
✔ 2–3 years of marketing experience.
✔ Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, Hospitality, Hotels, or Service Industry Marketing is highly preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
✔ Experience working closely with graphic designers and creative teams.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
✔ Ability to analyze market trends and recommend effective marketing strategies.
