Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client goals, brand positioning, and target audience to develop effective strategies.
  • Communicate client objectives, requirements, and feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies for client brands, leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and Amazon platform developments to capitalize on market changes.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of specialists responsible for executing brand strategies and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate with various operation departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution of strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and campaign performance to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and agency leadership, providing insights, progress updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments for future optimization.
  • Take complete ownership of client brands, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities, providing timely solutions and recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative strategies to drive brand success on the Amazon platform.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and experience managing brands on the platform.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and managing teams to achieve desired results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
