Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to contribute to the strategic development and execution of Cybernet's StormFiber brand portfolio. This role's primary focus is on executing brand strategy, campaign management, and creative ideation with the goal of building long-term brand equity, trust, and recognition for StormFiber. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative vision, analytical prowess, and strong collaboration skills to support brand growth, enhance market positioning, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a proven ability to translate market insights into compelling brand strategies and effectively manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll manage both day-to-day branding operations and contribute to long-term brand evolution while collaborating extensively across Sales, Product, and Regional Teams. The Brand Manager will report to the Head of Marketing or a Senior Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Brand Management & Strategy
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market share for StormFiber.
Contribute to defining brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify new opportunities and inform brand strategy.
Creative Direction & Content Oversight
Assist in driving creative direction and overseeing content development for all brand communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling campaign assets and content.
Marketing Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, OOH, PR, events) for new product launches and existing brand initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and support the management of strategic sponsorship opportunities and brand partnerships that enhance StormFiber's image and reach.
CSR & Brand Image
Assist in developing and overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with and enhance StormFiber's brand image and values.
PR Management
Support Public Relations (PR) activities, including media relations and press releases, to ensure positive brand exposure and reputation management.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market segmentation and targeting efforts to identify key consumer groups and their needs.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to inform strategic brand decisions.
Provide regular reports on market performance, brand health metrics, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Budget Management & Financial Performance
Assist in developing and managing the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor brand performance against key financial metrics (e.g., market share, revenue, profitability) and support initiatives to achieve targets.
Conduct ROI analysis on marketing activities to justify spend and optimize future investments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as a brand advocate, fostering strong relationships and alignment with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and other internal departments.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all organizational activities and external communications.
Work closely with the Product team to ensure product roadmaps align with brand vision and market demands.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and regional teams to achieve business goals.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
(If applicable for team size/structure) Support and mentor Brand Executives or junior team members.
Contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the brand team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market presence.
Prepare and present detailed brand performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. A Master's degree (MBA, MS Marketing) is preferred.
Professional Experience (4-5 years):
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in brand management, product marketing, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within the telecom, IT services, or FMCG sectors.
Proven track record of contributing to and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and assessing campaign ROI.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics across different regions in Pakistan.
