As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive product visibility, build brand equity, and boost market share in the gynecology segment. This role requires strong leadership, analytical insight, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans for assigned Gynae products

  • Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and build brand positioning strategies

  • Liaise with medical and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful campaign execution

  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to maximize market penetration

  • Lead brand innovation initiatives, lifecycle management, and promotional material development

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support product launches and campaigns


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBBS or Pharm D

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management, preferably within the gynecology segment

  • Strong understanding of branding, product lifecycle, and market trends in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive market environment
