Brand Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and creatively-driven professional who can lead and manage the art direction, production shoots, and also serve as the main point of communication for the brand. You’ll work closely with models, photographers, production houses, and vendors to execute campaigns that represent our brand identity. This position requires a mix of creative vision, marketing sense, and people management. Assist in planning and executing model shoots, including coordination with stylists, models, photographers, and videographers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PR management initiatives outreach, campaign planning, performance tracking and act as a primary point of contact for stylists, influencers, production teams, and studios for booking and shoot execution, and media professionals.
  • Plan and oversee model shoots, including mood boards, concepts, and shoot themes.
  • Negotiate and finalize production budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Review and approve samples and final visuals for shoots.
  • Be the primary communication bridge between the brand and external contacts (influencers, clients, production vendors, etc.).
  • Serve as the face of the brand, representing it in meetings, shoots, or collaborative projects.
  • Work on marketing content planning with the team.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the founder with various branding and marketing-related tasks
  • Manage and guide the social media team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.
  • Coordinate onboarding and engagement with new influencers and brand collaborators.
  • Prepare and present performance reports every 15 days, along with strategy and planning for the upcoming 15 days.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure updated and optimized content. Organize and oversee the arrangement of billboards and other promotional materials.

 

Requirements:

• Background in Marketing / Media / Fashion / Communications.

• Prior experience in shoot coordination, brand communication, or marketing is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.

• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Confident, presentable, and self-driven.
