We are seeking an experienced Brand Growth & Strategy Consultant with a strong background in:

• Fashion retail & product strategy

• E-commerce growth (Meta/TikTok ads, funnels, CRO)

• Trend forecasting & category planning

• Brand positioning & storytelling

• Export market development (GCC, UK, USA preferred)

• Scaling operations and production planning

 

This is a high-impact strategic role — you will work directly with the founders to shape the future direction of the brand.

🧠 What You Will Do

• Develop a 12-month growth roadmap for Misaal

• Advise on product mix, collection planning & trend direction

• Optimize pricing, margins & cost structures

• Build an efficient e-commerce growth engine

• Improve website conversion and customer retention

• Guide creative direction for content & campaigns

• Identify export opportunities and wholesale channels

• Analyze market trends and competitor movements

• Strengthen our brand positioning and storytelling

• Support scaling production, QC, and operational efficiency

📌 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fashion brand strategy, retail, or D2C growth

• Proven success scaling a fashion or lifestyle brand

• Strong understanding of Pakistan + GCC fashion consumer behavior

• E-commerce expertise (Shopify/WooCommerce, digital ads, CRM)

• Ability to build data-backed, actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Trend forecasting capability is a strong plus
