We’re now opening a high-ownership, revenue-driven role for someone who can close deals and ensure flawless execution end-to-end.
If you enjoy negotiating with international brands, closing real money, and making sure sponsors walk away happy — this role is for you.
What You’ll Own:
1. Brand Deals & Closing:
- Handle inbound sponsor leads (Email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Qualify brands based on budget, audience fit, and relevance.
- Pitch sponsorship formats (integrations, dedicated videos, bundles, retainers).
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines.
- Close one-off and long-term partnerships.
- Follow up relentlessly until deals are closed.
- Maintain a clean deal tracker / CRM.
2. Integration Video Coordination:
- Share brand guidelines & talking points with the editing team.
- Track integration progress and timelines.
- Coordinate internally to unblock delays.
- Ensure delivery milestones are met
3. Client Review & Approval:
- Send videos to clients for review.
- Collect and relay feedback clearly.
- Ensure revisions are implemented.
- Secure final written approval before publishing.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Required:
- Experience in brand deals, sponsorships, influencer marketing, or media sales.
- Strong understanding of YouTube sponsorship pricing & deliverables.
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Confidence dealing with US / EU brands.
- Highly organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
- Able to manage multiple deals independently.
2. Nice to Have:
- Experience working with YouTubers or creator agencies.
- Existing contacts in AI / SaaS / developer tools.
- Understanding of CPMs, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Notion, Sheets, or basic CRM tools.
What This Role Is NOT:
- No cold outreach at scale.
- No content creation or editing.
- No channel analytics or management.
