Description:
1. Manage and lead the brand portfolio to achieve financial targets (Brand Ex-Factory sales, Ex-distributor sales, volumes and profitability targets) presenting all the Country plans and sales to top management including the Country Commercial Lead and all leadership team.
2. Operational effectiveness and planning:
- Responsible and accountable for the management, phasing and efficient use/track of P&I
- Management of all procurement related matters linked to investment.
3. Lead and champion the assigned brands portfolio and execute regional brand strategies through:
- Reapplication of best practices, learnings and brand success models from the METAP region
- Planning and implementation of activities and tactical plans for the portfolio
- Adapt strategies based on local country market data, consumer insights in line regional plans if required.
- Preparation and reapplication of promotional materials for local use.
- Planning and implementation of medical marketing activities aligned with brand strategies as required.
- Plan and implement launch plans for NPD and line extensions in close collaboration with METAP, sales, and regulatory teams.
- Strategy briefing presentations for distributor field force.
4. Input into the annual budget and strategic planning processes:
- Annual sales budget, investment preparation and planning.
- Strategic planning for assigned brands for the country.
- Ongoing portfolio management at country level to ensure brands are managed in line with their designations and meet the sales.
- Lead the market assessment for NPD’s and line extensions based on opportunities, growth potential.
