We’re looking for experienced and driven Branch Managers to lead our retail teams and ensure exceptional store performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and lead the retail team
• Achieve sales targets and monitor overall store performance
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve concerns effectively
• Oversee inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Train, motivate and evaluate team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
• Prepare regular sales, inventory and performance reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams
• Strong understanding of inventory and retail operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
