𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
DOPE Restaurant — a rapidly growing fast food chain — is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to lead branch operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth day-to-day performance. The ideal candidates will have proven expertise in fast food management and strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service quality.
-Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
-Monitor sales targets, inventory, and cost control.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
-Handle customer feedback and operational issues effectively.
-Report branch performance to higher management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-4–5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputed fast food brand.
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Food Management certification preferred).
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
