Ecommerized is a growing international group with operations in Bangladesh, UAE, and now expanding in Pakistan.

We operate across two core divisions:

• Ecommerized Agency – a digital agency helping businesses scale with innovative e-commerce and digital solutions.

• Ecommerized IT Institute – a professional training hub focused on IT, e-commerce, and digital skills development.

We are establishing our Pakistan branch in Lahore and seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and manage teams across both divisions while aligning with our global branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Lahore branch, ensuring efficiency and business growth.

• Manage Ecommerized Agency operations: client acquisition, relationship management, marketing, and service delivery.

• Lead Ecommerized IT Institute activities: faculty coordination, training quality assurance, admissions, and student growth.

• Collaborate with Bangladesh and UAE branches to align strategies and share best practices.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and enrollment targets.

• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team.

• Act as the primary liaison with international headquarters, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in branch management, business development, or operations.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in digital marketing, IT training, or e-commerce is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
