As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing the team, and ensuring smooth business processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the branch and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Lahore branch.

• Supervise, guide, and support the branch team to meet objectives and deliver high-quality service.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client relations efficiently.

• Oversee administrative tasks, budgeting, and resource management.

• Maintain strong communication with senior management and other branches.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and development as needed.

• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years of relevant management experience.

• Minimum 16 years of education.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
