Branch Manager

Description:

Samba Bank Limited is looking for Branch Manager for its Branch Network in Peshawar.

Minimum Education: Graduation

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant banking experience

• Proven track record in sales

• Numerical and financial analysis skills

• Strong communication, conflict management and customer services skills

• Understanding of and knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and Operational Risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold branch profitability by consistent growth of low-cost deposit portfolio and managing the overall cost of fund

• Ensure cross sellof all products under the Banks product umbrella

• Maintain & increase deposit portfolio as per the allocated budget

• Ensure continuous acquisition of NTBs and building a strong foundation with NTB Deposit

• Ensure deepening of overall existing and potential customers

• Ensure effective problem resolution by ensuring that processes are understood & followed

• Maintain staff capacitation as per the plan

• Responsible for all administrative and HR issues concerning the Floor

• Uphold all measures in an effort to ensure Information Security of Samba's customer data
