📍 Lahore | 🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 💼 Permanent Position
Smart Way Accounting and Tax Services (SATS) is looking for an experienced and driven Bookkeeping Team Lead to manage a portfolio of clients and lead a team of junior bookkeepers.
This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of client deliverables, ensure service excellence and effectively manage internal workflows while maintaining strong client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned clients.
2- Act as primary point of contact for client onboarding, communication and query resolution.
3- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client deliverables.
4- Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers.
5- Allocate tasks, review output and maintain quality standards.
6- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
7- Design efficient workflows to ensure timely execution.
8- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
9- Improve internal systems, documentation and operational efficiency.
🎓 Education:
ACCA Affiliate or CA Finalist.
💼 Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience handling international clients and UAE compliance.
Strong command of bookkeeping and reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books and related software.
