Qualification:
- DAE (Mechanical) with 1st Class Boiler Engineering Competency Certificate from Punjab Board of Examination for Boiler Engineers
- Candidates having BSc (Mechanical Engineering) degree with 1st Class Boiler Engineering Competency Certificate will be preferred
Age:
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in installation, erection, commissioning, maintenance and operation of boilers and water softening plants in well known chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical & IPPs companies etc.
Skills:
Well conversant with the:
- Operation of steam boilers, de-aerators and other boiler house accessories to achieve ECR (economic continuous rating)
- Boiler start-up, shutdown & emergency handling procedures
- Operations and maintenance of activated carbon filters and Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plants
- Preparation of boiler for annual inspection
- Water chemistry and chemical injection
- ISO, HSE and OHSAS standards etc.
- ERP based CMMS and inventory management systems
- Annual budget preparation and monitoring
- Management and presentation skills
- Problem solving and communication skills
