Fauji Foods Limited is looking for Boiler Engineer
Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Plant Site, Bhalwal
Qualification: DAE / B.Tech – Mechanical with 1st Class Certification in Boiler Engineering
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective operation and maintenance of all boilers and auxiliary system
- Experience of Coal Fired – Chain Grate Boiler
- Responsible for Boiler isolation, de-isolation, Food Grade chemical dosing, Boiler Feed Water/Continuous Blow Down adjustment with complete understanding of boiler control philosophy
- Responsible for operation of de-aeration and condensate recovery system
- To supervise and Check/Record of all Pressure Safety Valves / Steam Reducing Stations / Steam Traps / Steam Leakages and ensures timely maintenance
- Having Grip on Energy Optimization/Losses Control from Steam Lines, Condensate Recovery and auxiliary accessories
- Effective Planning, Coordination and Execution of all Maintenance activities related to Boiler House Machinery
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Proficient in Electrical Controls/Technologies would be an added advantage
- Coordination with Government Boiler Inspector for Equipment Inspection and Boiler Annual Certificate
- Having good grip on the local laws and regulations regarding Boiler. Team Player, Excellent communication skills, Computer literate, interpersonal and persuasive skills with proven track record of delivering desired results
