Blockchain Strategist

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Blockchain Strategist to lead our blockchain initiatives from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for designing smart contract systems, exploring tokenization of real estate assets, integrating blockchain securely into our existing tech stack, and helping us navigate relevant regulations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead our blockchain strategy for real estate platforms across UAE, Gulf, and UK.
• Design and prototype smart contracts (preferably using Solidity) for transactions and ownership.
• Explore tokenization models, NFT-based ownership layers, and Web3 wallets.
• Evaluate and implement secure, scalable blockchain architectures (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
• Stay updated and ensure compliance with blockchain regulations in UAE and UK.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align blockchain components with business needs.
• Potentially grow and lead a blockchain development team in the future.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in blockchain/Web3 technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications

✅ Deep understanding of Ethereum, Polygon, or similar ecosystems

✅ Knowledge of real estate tokenization, DeFi, and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155)

✅ Familiarity with UAE and UK regulatory frameworks around blockchain (or ability to research and align with legal teams)

✅ Experience with security best practices in blockchain and smart contracts

✅ Strong communication and documentation skills

✅ Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
