Description:
U-topia is building a next-generation Web3 platform focused on real-world utility, secure blockchain architecture, and smooth user experience. We are hiring a Blockchain Developer who can take ownership of core blockchain development and deliver production-ready implementations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity
- Build and integrate on-chain features such as staking, rewards, and referral mechanisms
- Work with EVM-compatible networks (BNB Chain and other Ethereum-based chains)
- Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend systems
- Implement secure contract architecture and follow best practices
- Write unit tests, perform debugging, and optimize gas usage
- Support deployment processes and handle ongoing maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams for stable releases
Requirements
- Strong experience with Solidity and EVM development
- Practical experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle
- Strong understanding of Web3 integrations using Ethers.js or Web3.js
- Familiarity with token standards, staking systems, and DeFi fundamentals
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
- Ability to deliver clear weekly progress and production output
