We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team at "The Nine Yard Intl". If you are passionate about transforming concepts into detailed, accurate, and innovative Building Information Models, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of design intent.

Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols.

Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment.

Generate construction documents and assist in project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in architecture, engineering, or construction projects.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.

Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
