As part of the continued growth of our delivery capability, we are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our BIM & Digital Delivery team.
The BIM Coordinator will support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects by coordinating BIM models, managing digital information, maintaining model quality, and supporting project teams in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO 19650 principles, project standards, and agreed information requirements.
The role involves close collaboration with BIM Managers, Engineers, Designers, Modelers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, with particular focus on multidisciplinary coordination, model quality, clash resolution, and the delivery of LOD 400–500 models, shop drawings, and as-built information.
YOUR ROLE
- Support the BIM Manager and project teams in implementing the BEP, BIM standards, workflows, and information management requirements.
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure BIM models across multidisciplinary projects.
- Set up and maintain Revit project environments, including model structure, shared coordinates, links, worksets, templates, and project standards.
- Perform model federation, multidisciplinary coordination, and clash detection using Navisworks Manage, Revizto, or equivalent coordination platforms.
- Prepare and maintain clash reports, coordination logs, and issue trackers, and support teams in resolving design and construction conflicts.
- Review and coordinate LOD 400–500 BIM models, shop drawings, fabrication-level information, and as-built deliverables where required.
- Perform regular model audits, QA/QC reviews, and compliance checks to ensure model accuracy, performance, structure, and information quality.
- Support the management of BIM deliverables and project information through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Assist with BIM delivery trackers, coordination status, model progress, and project issue registers.
- Participate in coordination meetings and communicate technical issues, risks, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to BIM Modelers and project teams on Revit, Navisworks, coordination workflows, and BIM standards.
- Support ISO 19650–aligned information management processes, naming conventions, document control, and information exchange procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, model quality, coordination efficiency, and overall digital delivery performance.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical BIM capability with good coordination and communication skills.
- A qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience in BIM coordination within a multidisciplinary design, consultancy, or construction environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination workflows.
- Practical experience with clash detection, model federation, issue management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience working with LOD 400–500 BIM models, shop drawings, and/or as-built deliverables.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, BIM Execution Plans, and information management workflows.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Common Data Environment processes.
- Ability to perform model audits, QA/QC checks, and identify modelling or information-quality issues.
- Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
