Billing Intern

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Creation of customer accounts
• Monthly and daily invoicing
• Data verification with portal
• Preparation of customer summaries
• Customers reconciliation
• Coordination with customers and Account Managers

🎓 Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate in Finance or Accounting from a reputable business school
• 2-4 years of experience as a billing specialist with basic knowledge of broadband services
• Adherence to laws and best practices regarding customer and data handling
• Comfortable with numbers and processing billing information
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ER software
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
