𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Accurate charge entry from superbills / encounter forms

• Claim creation and submission (electronic & paper claims)

• Review and verification of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes

• Ensure compliance with payer-specific billing guidelines

• Verify patient demographics and insurance details before submission

• Work on claim scrubbing and rejection prevention

• Maintain daily production targets and quality standards

• Coordinate with AR team for rejected or denied claims

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 1+ years of experience in US medical billing (Production/Charge Entry)

• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers

• Experience with clearinghouses

• Ability to meet daily production targets with high accuracy

• Good typing speed and attention to detail

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
