Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Bidding Specialis. The Bidding Specialist will be responsible for managing the bidding process, responding to RFPs, and negotiating contracts with clients. The role also involves analyzing bid requirements and conducting market research to determine pricing strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and managing the UpWork bidding process
  • Market research and pricing strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
