Description:

Business Developer with a minimum of 0-1 year of experience to work with us. The applicant must be proficient in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking, and Listening) and have demonstrated experience related to bidding on different platforms for IT-related international jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain our business profiles on Upwork.

• Generate business via portals like Upwork.

• Prepare proposals according to company/client needs.

• Experience in handling international clients related to IT services.

• Obtain client requirements, share those requirements with the team, and deliver the project on time to the client.

• Responsible for meeting targets.

• Generating new and repeat business through bids, active interaction with clients and management, proposal drafting and submission, and contract closing.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience in Upwork bidding, freelancing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to create compelling and customized proposals.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms and marketplace dynamics.
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
