Responsibilities (must To Have)
- Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders and developers to understand the requirement and create visualizations
- Build effective working relationships with SMEs and users both internal and external
- Dashboard designing, development and deployment using Tableau eco-system and ensure delivery within given time frame while maintaining quality
- Perform statistical analysis of complex data sets to better understand trends, relationships between variables, and to formulate business intelligence insights
- Pays high attention to data accuracy
- Ensure data visualizations are created using credible qualitative and quantitative methodologies based on key insights
- Excellent analytical skills to Analyze business needs
- Developing reference documents of reports for the finalized project
- Work in an Agile team and able to articulate problem statements & solution
- Mentor and train business users on data visualization tools and techniques
- Works across multi-functional teams to formulate and fine tune design ideas and guidelines
- Stay up to date with current tech and bring relevant ideas to the table
- Identifying opportunities to automate and convert raw data into intelligent dashboards for optimal decision making
- Excellent team player, and flexible to work based on projects and deliverable deadlines
- Own the deliverables till completion, facilitate smooth workflow for development & service delivery, design document, and support endlessly for smooth implementation
- Ensure technical design and development meets security compliance criteria at all time
- Identify and implement opportunities in the solution that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability and re-usability. Continue to drive down technical debt and cost of operations/support with the latest cutting-edge technologies and newer development methods & strategies.
