We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a market-competitive salary plus commission based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (IT industry experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (preferred, not mandatory)
