Key Responsibilities
 

• Assist in researching potential clients and markets
• Support in creating and delivering client presentations
• Conduct market analysis and identify trends
• Assist in developing and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Help in identifying new business opportunities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights
• Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies
• Support in drafting and reviewing business proposals and contracts
• Assist in coordinating and attending networking events and conferences
• Provide general administrative support to the business development team
• Help in monitoring and reporting on business development activities
• Participate in training and development activities
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive team environment
• Assist in managing communication with potential and existing clients
   

Required Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in business development and sales strategies
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Understanding of basic marketing and sales principles
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed
