You will work closely with our SEO team to optimize website content, perform keyword research, track performance metrics, and contribute to our overall SEO efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of offsite SEO strategies to improve website authority and rankings.
- Identify and pursue backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and guest posting.
- Conduct competitive backlink analysis and research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Monitor and analyze backlinks to ensure the health of our link profile, identifying toxic or spammy links for disavow
- Engage in link-building activities, including directory submissions, forum posting, and influencer outreach.
- Support the development of content for external websites, blogs, and forums to gain backlinks.
- Coordinate with bloggers, website owners, and influencers for potential collaborations or guest posts.
- Monitor brand mentions across the web and convert unlinked mentions into backlinks.
- Research and evaluate potential link-building strategies in alignment with SEO best practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in offsite SEO, including algorithm changes affecting backlink profiles.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and staying current with SEO and digital marketing trends
