🚨 Hiring | Backend Support Executive – Clinical Operations

TekSoft Solutions is hiring MBBS graduates to join our team based in Karachi.
The selected candidate will provide clinical support to US-based physicians by:
• Reviewing and analyzing patient records across EHR systems
• Preparing and updating clinical notes and patient documentation
• Reviewing patient vitals and identifying significant changes
• Monitoring clinical information and escalating critical findings promptly
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with established workflows and SOPs
• Coordinating clinical information and supporting physicians with day-to-day backend operations
• Maintaining confidentiality and following applicable healthcare data and compliance requirements

📍 Location: Karachi | Onsite | Full-Time
📅 Days: Monday–Friday
🕒 Shift: 04:00 PM–01:00 AM OR 05:00 PM–02:00 AM
🎓 Qualification: MBBS Mandatory
⭐ USMLE Part 1, 2 & 3 candidates encouraged to apply

Requirements:
• Strong medical terminology & clinical knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• EHR/Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
