Location: Johar Town, Lahore (near UCP)
Job Type: Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8 hours daily (CST Time Zone)


About the Role
Better Recruitment is seeking a skilled Python Flask Developer for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The role also involves close collaboration with frontend and product teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions for international projects.


Key Responsibilities
1)       Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
2)       Lead API integrations, including OpenAI and other third-party services.
3)       Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
4)       Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
5)       Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


Requirements
1)       3–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
2)       Strong expertise in Python, Flask, and RESTful API design.
3)       Proven ability to design and deploy production-grade APIs.
4)       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5)       Strong sense of teamwork and accountability.


Nice-to-Haves
1)       Familiarity with React.js to align with frontend teams.
2)       Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
