Role Overview
We are seeking a Backend Developer (Java Spring Boot) to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems. The role involves working on microservices architecture, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop backend applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs
✔ Build and maintain microservices-based architectures for scalability and reliability
✔ Implement Docker-based deployments and Swagger for API documentation
✔ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
✔ Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend applications
✔ Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams
✔ Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) for data modeling & optimization
✔ Contribute to project planning, code reviews, and technical documentation
✔ Support audits, inspections, and risk reporting for projects
✔ Identify technical challenges and provide corrective measures
