Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable backend services, designing robust databases, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and managing cloud deployments using AWS tools like EC2, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, and others.
You will be working closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other team members to build high-performance, reliable, and secure backend systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Work with MongoDB and MySQL to design scalable, efficient, and secure databases.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Set up and manage AWS EC2 instances, including load balancing, security groups, auto-scaling, etc.
- Monitor backend services and infrastructure using CloudWatch or similar tools.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB and MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
- Experience in API security, performance optimization, and backend architecture design.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Frontend knowledge (React, Nextjs HTML/CSS) for better collaboration.
